"Best Friends Walk Together"

to be held on

at the
Historic Onancock School
6 College Avenue
Onancock, Virginia

Come out and support our
local rescues and shelters.

Enjoy a scenic walk through
the historic Town of Onancock.

Walk with or without
your best friend (leashed).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Walk begins at 10:30 am.
• Packet pick up/check in 9:00 am - 10:00 am.
• Choose your preferred color of dog tag/medal at check in: (black, blue, purple, red, orange).
• Event day registration 9:00 - 10:00 am.
• Plenty of on-site parking available.
• All canines must be leashed.
• Baby joggers/strollers welcome.
• This is not a timed event.
• Light refreshments will be served.
• All net proceeds to benefit the animal rescues and shelters that serve the Eastern Shore of Virginia.

Approximately 2 miles

The route begins at the Historic Onancock School,

takes you past scenic views of Onancock Creek,

historic homes and quaint town businesses and

finishes back at the school.

When you return, you can choose to do the nature trail behind the school that takes you along side the creek and marshes where native fowl can be seen.  Trail is approximately 1/4 mile.
